So what does an education session look like?

This is a series of photographs taken at cooking session at Beacon Heath Children's Centre in partnership with The Carousel Project. Parents and children worked together scrubbing and slicing parsnips to make crisps. The session ended with a story and, of course, the tasting!! Afterwards the Mobile Shop is open outside the Children's Centre for families to do their vegetable shopping.
Love Local Food is working with The Carousel Project at Beacon Heath Children's Centre on a long term project exploring a creative response to local food. This video is a record of a farm visit to Shillingford Organics as part of this work.
