Love Local Food aims to bring all aspects of farming, growing and food production to the people of Exeter and nearby villages. On the mobile shop we have information about the farmers and producers with a producer and produce of the month. We have recipes that link to these and We are in the process of making sound and video commentaries, and weatherproof information boards that say about the properties of the produce, and info on food miles and our carbon footprint.

February's vegetable of the month is .... the Black Radish Explore cooking, creative activity and stories in one of our outreach sessions.

We also offer farm open days with creative walks and activities as well as workshops and talks. These happen either at the farms, places where producers work or in Exeter. If you would be interested in any of these do look at our website for more details.

Jo and Kevin Cotter our education officers are also out and about visiting schools, childrens centres, community fetes , doctors surgeries and other community groups in and around Exeter.
